Meet the Team

Chris, Office Manager

I have worked in the dental field since 1989 when I went to dental assisting school. I started out as a chairside assistant and then found my niche at the front of the office helping patients with their benefits and getting the insurance companies to pay. I have been with Vibrant Dental since 2014 and could not be happier with the level of care these doctors provide. I grew up here in the Las Vegas valley and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. I love going to the movies, hiking, and baking.

Michele, Treatment Coordinator

Michele is one of the newest team members to join Vibrant Dental in 2022. She has been in the dental field since 1989, starting out with dental insurance and eventually making her way to the front office. Michele enjoys the interaction with patients and has a knack for putting apprehensive patients at ease. She is ready to coordinate your appointments, help with your treatment plan, and investigate your dental insurance. In her down time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, doing various crafting projects, and crocheting.

Melanie, Dental Hygienist

Melanie deeply enjoys her work here, and she is passionate about helping her patients understand their oral health. She has worked in dentistry for more than thirty years including a tour of duty with the Federal Dental Service (Veterans Administration). Earning dual degrees from the College of Southern Nevada as a Registered Nurse and Registered Dental Hygienist, she is committed to total patient health.

In her spare time, she loves to do strength training, meal preparation, and traveling to southern California. Her favorite team is the Vegas Golden Knights, and as a Las Vegas native, she is glad they skated into her hometown.

Barbara, Dental Hygienist

Barb has been a dental hygienist for 30 years and a dental assistant for 6 years prior to that. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them maintain a health smile. As an empty nester of three children, she enjoys working out, hiking, and traveling with her husband. Sometimes she even beats her hubby at pickle ball.

Regina, Dental Assistant

My name is Regina, and I have been a dental assistant for over 23 years. I have been at Vibrant Dental for 17 years. I am grateful for the flexible schedule that Vibrant Dental has granted me, which has allowed me to spend time with my family and to watch my daughter grow up. I am also grateful for the life-long friends I have made over my 17 years here. Thank you Vibrant Dental for allowing me to make family and friends a priority!

I have worked in the dental field since 2018, and I have been with Vibrant Dental since 2019. I have one son and two dogs. I am a horror movie addict and love all things true crime.

Pam, Team Leader

Hi! I’m Pam! I’ve been a Team Leader at Vibrant Dental for 23 years. I’ve worked in the dental field for over 30 years. I enjoy the knowledge and skills that I have acquired over many years of working in the field, and I put them to work daily at Vibrant Dental. I am a long time resident of Henderson, “of course”, and I’ve been married for over 47 years.

My name is Mindy, and I have had the pleasure of working for Vibrant Dental since 2018. I love the quality of care and commitment that our doctors provide to our patients. Being a part of this team feels more like being part of a family.

Cathy, Treatment Coordinator

I was born and raised in Nevada. I have worked for Vibrant Dental for 17 years, and Pam has taught me everything I know! I enjoy working with and getting to know the patients in our practice and all my coworkers. They are my work family! I also have 3 children, 2 grandchildren, and 2 dogs, and I love spending every spare minute with them.

Nancy, Dental Hygienist

Hi, I’m Nancy. I was born and raised in Las Vegas. I graduated hygiene school in 1986. I have loved my career all these years, especially getting to know all my patients. I’m attached to them and get great pleasure in keeping them healthy. In my spare time, I’m learning to play pickle ball.

Hi, my name is April. I have worked for Vibrant Dental as a hygiene assistant for 16 years. I have been in the dental field for more than 30 years. I have been married for 28 years and have 4 kids and 6 wonderful grandkids. I love spending my free time with my family.

Darcy, Dental Assistant

My interest in the dental field started long ago when I was told I needed to have a root canal. To my amazement, the procedure was neither frightening nor painful. I wanted to share my experience, so I decided to go to school and received my license as a Registered Dental Assistant. I was employed for 20+ years before moving to Las Vegas where I began working at the Anthem Village location. I continue to advance my skills and enjoy helping treat and educate patients regarding their dental health. After hours, I enjoy mountain biking, dirt biking, and devoting my time caring for my turtles as well as my beloved Pomeranian, Pebbles.

I graduated from Cerritos College in California, and I have over 20 years of experience in the dental field. I have two children and two fur babies. I love to spend time with my family and I love, love to travel. I am very positive, outgoing, and an intelligent team player.

My name is Heather. I’ve been a dental assistant for 8 years. I have fallen in love with assisting because I love bringing people’s self-confidence back in their smile. I love to be a part of other people’s life-changing smiles. I graduated from dental assistant school in Houston, TX. Once I finished school, I moved to Las Vegas. I’m married with two beautiful kids and a fur baby. We love to camp, travel, and try new things.

Olga, Dental Assistant

I am originally from Ukraine, and I’m fluent in three languages. My passion for dentistry came from starting as a patient at Vibrant Dental. I was so impressed from the service, staff, and their dedication to patients that it was my dream come true to become a dental assistant. I started working at Vibrant Dental in 2016 as a hygiene assistant and then I later became a dental assistant. What I love about being a dental assistant is an opportunity to make a difference in patients’ lives. I care about helping others, and I love seeing patients’ smiles transform. My goal is to help everyone to achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and our dog, Coco. I also like to watch movies, going to the gym, and taking care of my fish tanks.
